DCUO Celestial Might DPS (Single/AoE)

Celestial Loadout: Plague, Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Admonish, Cursed Idol, Neo-Venom Boost. Whenever it’s necessary make sure you go into battle with maximum supercharge and pop both cursed idol and neo-venom boost together. After that only use neo-venom boost. Rotation: Full plague combo, Frost Breath 2 ticks range tap cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Full Combo Admonish, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Ebon with Scrap when you’re about to pop supercharges. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - Batman Who Laughs Passive 2 - John Stewart Nature dps loadout: Serpent Call, Briar, Vine Lash, Harvest, Voracious Plants, and Gorilla Form. In Gorilla Form loadout: Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Voracious Plants, Harvest, Return to Normal, Neo-Venom Boost. You mainly wanna use supercharges during boss fights is when nature dots shine the best. Also once you get the hang of keeping dots on the boss you’ll never need to transform back into gorilla form repeatedly because neo-venom boost is the same strength. Keep the dots up with harvest. Rotation for aoe damage in hallways without supercharge: Serpent Call, Briar, Vine Lash, Voracious Plants x4, Harvest, Repeat. Rotations for boss fight with supercharge: Serpent Call, Briar, Vine Lash, Voracious Plants x4, Harvest, Gorilla Form, Frost Breath 2 ticks then range tap cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Voracious Plants x4, Repeat starting with your gorilla form rotation left to right as long as you kept them dots going. If you messed up and dots aren’t ticking start over. Gorilla last 15 seconds like Neo-Venom Boost refresh the supercharge when necessary. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Ebon with Scrap when you’re about to pop supercharges. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - Batman Who Laughs Passive 2 - Poison Ivy Water Loadout: Ebb, Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Shark Frenzy, Aqualance, and Neo-Venom Boost. Rotation: Ebb full combo, Frost Breath 2 ticks range tap cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Ebb full combo, Shark Frenzy, Aqualance, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Scrap when you use Neo-Venom Boost then swap back to Ebon. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - Batman Who Laughs Passive 2 - Static Sorcery Loadout: Soul Storm, Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Soul Barrage, Shard of Life, and Neo-Venom Boost. Rotation: Soul Storm, Frost Breath 2 ticks tap range cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Soul Storm, Soul Barrage, Shard of Life, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Scrap when you use Neo-Venom Boost then swap back to Ebon. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - Batman Who Laughs Passive 2 - Static Electricity Loadout: Electrostatic Bomb, Frost Breath, Heat Vision, Arc Lightning, Tesla Ball, and Circuit Breaker. Rotation: Electrostatic Bomb, Arc Lightning, Frost Breath 2 ticks tap range cancel, Heat Vision 2 power bar ticks jump cancel, Electrostatic bomb, Arc Lightning, Tesla Ball, Repeat. Arts: Strat, Trans, Ebon. Swap Scrap to keep as much supercharge as possible when using Circuit Breaker which is the strongest buff supercharge for healers. Allies: Combat - Krypto Passive 1 - Batman Who Laughs Passive 2 - Static Electricity is the highest damaging one so I guess you can go Electricity for competitive numbers. Just know all these loadouts are competitive if used correctly.

I am tryin same artifacts but switch solar amplifier with ebon's unearthed shadow. Thinking about using venom serum (the sh*t bane uses). Weapon is hand blast.

An AoE and single target loadout would be Consume soul Plague Divine light And just repeat that and you can add defile for ST. Amulet Ebon Transformation or La Mort

Is eye of Gemini good anymore? I might spec that into either Everyman prototype or strategist since I like playing both dps and tank.

Eye of Gemini is definitely way worse than it use to be, and probably not as viable. I think if you want to focus more on dps go with strat card. With tank, Everyman is a great option but given the choice I think manacles may be a better pick.

What about using la-mort card instead of ebon's art? Is there any major diference or is it basically the same? Since thy both rely on finishers

I haven’t really used La-mort card too much so I can’t really say. I do know that Ebon is probably better for higher damage over an extended period due to the fact that La mort only really kicks in when the target is at 35% health. I’d say ebon is probably the better option, but it ultimately comes down to personal preference

Its kind of just how the number worked out, just because an ally is a higher rarity it doesn't necessarily mean he hits harder. Oftentimes a higher rarity just signifies better passives.

I think it’s a very helpful artifact that can add a new dot to enemies with the burn. This also allows a chance for strategist card to proc more often.

@@VealDCUOif you want to actually hit hard with celestial on aoe you’ll need a melee rotation.

@@HiHi-yk1mv I found that the melee rotation was overly reliant on super speed abilities, which aren’t accessible to all players. I also felt that the cast times for each ability left you too vulnerable to interrupt at such a close range. While a melee rotation can put out fantastic damage, i found the AoE loudout in the video to be more practical for all players. As for solar amp, I do agree that it is not as strong as it use to be, but it still puts out great damage in the rotation. The only other viable option to replace it would be quislet, and subbing heat vision for haunt

@@VealDCUO You’re not going to be vulnerable if the tank is doing their job. Aoe melee rotations definitely viable in hallways and certain add groups in boss fights.

You have to level the artifacts up using nth metal and Catalysts, it takes quite a bit of time though.

I’m sorry to hear you weren’t the biggest fan of the loadout. However, I wasn’t using defile on my AoE loadout, that was only on single target. Secondly, I mentioned after the rotation demonstration how power intensive the single target loadout really is, hence the loss of power. Despite this though, a half-decent troll could rectify that issue easily, allowing you to comfortably put out great damage. Finally, I appreciate the kind words on my style. I hope this cleared up any confusion
