I have a question that nobody was able to answer. There is a cape I don't know if it is a new one or not but it would fit a spawn style perfectly. The cape I'm looking for has holes at the bottom and has a high back around the head. I know my Englisch is terrible but I hope someone can tell me the name of this cape.

Speed Force Spectrum. You need to get it as a Hero then use Replay Badges to buy it on your Villain. Or you can buy the Enhanced version from the MArketplace.
