Gamer Lordzzx The Broker is pretty much the only place to buy Collections. You can Trade with other players if for sone reasons you do not use the Broker... BUT..... I would strongly warn you not to trade with people you do not know. Be carefull who you trade with if you do not want to be scammed by someone.

Animation Cow The Broker or the Qwardian Time Capsules. You get the Qwardian Time Capsules also from the Broker.

Animation Cow The Qwardian Time Capsule will give you the Collections. You have to open a LOT of Time Capsules to get all the Collection. Which is why I usually sugget to just buy the materials on the Broker of you can. ;)
