I have max 200 Laz mystic prototype and manacles but my SP is 375 can I still go ice or should I definitely just stick with rage

how do you spec stat points in alerts? when you go for superpowered and do you use dominance augment? and do you put all dom in yellow sockets. and in blue health? power? in base i mean

Yellow is Dominance. Blue health . For alert when no troll use superpowered. Max out your heal crits . Then rest into dom and remaining in health

Manacle mmm I dont know about it like .the art description looks trash Cuz after it procs uill have to w8 a whole 45s for it to proc again And the 10% all shields cooldown reduction aint a big deal either soo mmm
