Best Quantum aoe loadout is Gravity Well, distortion wave or warp barrage, singularity, lift, Robot Sidekick, Neo-Venom. Arts: Strat, Ebon, Trans. Allies: Shazam, Batman who laughs - Luck of the draw passive, and Zatanna - Out of the Hat passive. Rotation: left and right. Simple and easy. The damage is just as much as munitions if not more.

Best Quantum single target loadout is heat vision, singularity, lift, energy expulsion, robot sidekick, and neo-venom boost. Arts: Amulet, Trans, Ebon. Allies: Krypto, Batman who laughs - luck of the draw passive, and Zatanna - Out of the hat passive. Rotation: Heat vision full duration, singularity, lift swap to dead king scepter, energy expulsion swap to Ebon. Repeat. High burst damage.

I think the Strat and Trans card combo overrated. Adds dont live long enough for it to proc. But its great for long boss fights. However boss fights wouldn't take half the time if Controllers would actually focus on debuffing. I guess all that matters is your name on the top for highest damage 😂

Ahh it seems like u don't know how strat works There is more than enough time for it to proc as long as u u hit fast enough ( prec dps /munti)

@ZWGames I have both Strat and Trans card. It's only good for putting your name at top dps during a raid or alert....and that's because it procs more during boss fights. It's there for those who are addicted to high leader board numbers. Lol

It’s not overrated. It’s considered s-tier by high-endgame players. You should consider watching ObsidianChill he’s done extensive testing on all of the artifacts.
