Hey man, why do people use dreadful blast over e. chain considering db can be interrupted?

Couple different reasons. Dreadful blast has a longer cast time giving you more of a window to cancel. Also, unlike eviscerating chain, dreadful blast is a group juggle adding more CC to your arsenal. Hope this helps.
