I noticed something with the five percent crit for heals and power for the chance it only when up by 2.5% went from 6 to 8.5 any idea why this might be?

So i was curious and did some math. The xp pack is 75k xp for 900 marketplace cash, you can see the amount required. 10 breakthroughs cost 450 per on seals. And with source marks on marketplace, going from 2 electrum to 27 of the new catalysts its 137 caches at 10 a pop. Two 70 source mark packs. This totals out to around 26445 marketplace cashe or 255 USD. Edit: i realized the xp part is inaccurate as you cant buy 22.5 packs

I play a lot with Rings of Azar and I found it very handy, using it helped my team survive moments of high damage... And you forgot to tell that when you use the caw you buff prec but lose power heal. And some times detail it's important to survive raids and that includes the Rings of Azar.

Thanks for vid! I think I will focus Amulet of Rao first for the stronger debuffs, and then Scrap of the Soul Cloak after. Battle controller is going to be something I would need to find my feet with post GU and therefore it won't be a priority early on.

I personally believe being able to produce more supercharges is more beneficial to the group than stronger debuffs. Yes I use both as well but I'd recommended prioritizing Scrap of the Soul Cloak it can also be used as dps if your group already has a troll so it becomes the more flexible artifact even when switching powers.

Artifacts like the Star heart and the rings of Azar they were made to help buff the cog and the tetra cuz the cog and tetra works off of buffing health to hit a bit harder

max your vit first because the claw relies on vit for pot tick only and then put everything into might/power. If your group does fine on power than you can max might for the damage (unless you are precision based) have your rotation use just the supercharge generator and the def debuff as the atk and heal won't be needed and for most troll powers are weaker dmg moves regardless. Just think of yourself being a DPS in dps gear and augments just hitting the role swtich to troll. Spec how you would for regular dps.

What do you advise for a controller with the scrap of soul cloak ? Which are the 2 others to combine with ?

Killuminati if you want a pure controller loadout it’s parasite power harness, amulet of rao. If you want to be more a buff troll you need the claw of aelkhund and parasite. The parasite or amulet doesn’t have to be at rank 200, 160 is fine. The cloak and claw are great at 200

To each their own but I like to generally run with the philosophers stone instead of the soul cloak. Right now with everything maxed it gives u an extra 450+ to ur base vit. In most content u don't need to frequent the trollers shields, especially in elite content when there is often two healers, and for me it's over kill with the power output because I keep the power bars full without it. I thought about using the gemini instead but it's contingent on ur super, which is also overkill imo. Additionally u can alternate ur supply drop and super with the additional stats and cool down effects from the stone

Most of the better bonuses are just for your own supply drop and unless you are in a battle troll build it doesn't help as much. You can swap mid fight to it to help but thats alot of xp for an artifact you don't use as a primary one.

May I ask do Manacle of Forces help the trolls help reduce the cooldowns of their shield supercharge to be lower quicker as well as their shields for raids?

it does by 10% yes. Although its not really required because troll shields are really weak by comparison but you certainly could run that type of build if you wanted.

Marvin Allen this video wasn’t about ranking them just showing everything that changed with the 200 levels. If you are a pure power troll those artifacts have never changed and will always be scrap of the soul cloak, parasite power harness and amulet of rao. If you are a battle or buff troll that is the only time they start to change
