Gian Carlo Di Zazzo that would be the sparking aura and the only way you can really get it is from the broker but I’ll tell you it’s very expensive.

From character creation?? Not really an option. You can get the Red Death head piece early on and get some big armor like Medieval armor. But at level 0... not really an option. Will try to experiment and see what I can do.
