The way artifacts become best for you, you have to pick arts based on your style of play, your powerset and your load out, you cant just put the same arts for every powerset and expect to be op no matter how op the art is, if the arts dont compliment your loadout then its a waste of time and money, that's the most simple way i can put it..

I tried the amulet but at level 82 it kills me instead of killing my opponents. Now I know I have to leve it up to 160 🥲 I also have La-Mort Card and it works really good at level 86. I would recommend that one too for DPS

Precision builds are a different way to DPS and can be fun I guess. Ever since advanced mechanics came out weapon mastery builds have been weeded out. They aren't as strong as might builds with munitions or pet builds with electric or sourcery or earth. You want to do top burn use Lerneas amulet with Quizlet and strat or trans. Stay away from precision builds they aren't as good as people are saying they are trust me our league mops the floor with them every day.
