@ObsodianChillDCUO You need to do a separate long or perhaps a mini series on each power set using La Trash card. Maybe a series of 4 for all roles woud be ok as far as testing rotations in terms of time goes. I've messed around with La Mort card on test and it's actually not that bad, I'd say rather good on single target for lackluster might single target. There're so many variables and rotations because in some cases La Mort/Transformation combo pairs better with strategist card and it some cases it pairs better with grim/solar/scrap. Most finishers bu themselves are mostly viable now. Take fire for example, when I tested fire with strat/trans and grim, I could easily parse consistent 31ks at 50k might. Range earth using La Mort/Transformation and Grim was also parsing close to 30k with shit might clipping upheaval into sandblast and heat vision. Water did really well as well on single target using torrent, heat vision and depth charge and dehydrate as sc. Water did well on st running transformation card, grim and la morte but still running heat vision in the loadout. Even celestial did really well with defile in the rotation using la mort, grim, transformation card combo. I'm pretty sure electric and sorc can do very well as well using their finishers in the rotation for pure might target. From testing, to me at least a lot of powers are actually surpassing their expectations with might single target using la mort as one of the three artifacts and simply rotating heat vision, finisher and a filler power such as offering/vengeance or zip tie attack for sorc. Edit: The issue with La Mort is the fact that most power sets can tap cancel out of their finisher making their rotations a lot more fluid and some are stuck for like a second after channelled abilities. Imo they need to address the actual finishers and make them more fluid so there is no delay post channeling

LBX MEGA atomic needs the Grim for the daze pi set up still. The supercharges aren’t as strong for Gemini use so you could always go Scrap-Grim-Transformation but for single target you’ll need solar for heat vision so you could also to grim-solar-trans

I'm trying out might gadgets with grimorium transformation and strategist, and I just put all the dots in (cryo foam, fear gas, cryo field, implosion mine, napalm grenade) and it's honestly insane how many numbers go across my screen it looks like a fucking waterfall, and it hits pretty much as hard as traditional might based loadouts (grim, solar, tetrahedron/scrap)

diamondep the strategist procs per target, so whichever target had that critical heal it has a chance to apply an extra HOT to that target, not for the whole group.

I've been messing around with Stone/Solar/Strat or Trans to solid results. With either 140 Trans/128 Strat in combination with Stone/Solar(200) was better than my prior setup of Stone/Solar/Scrap(160). And it was pretty noticable. Probably 6k difference on 8 targets/10 sec parsers.

I'm Electric and honestly I didn't see the difference in SC building either during raids. On my healer I'm using Stone/Trans/Strat and it seems to be pretty good as well.

Any opinions on using the strategist card on healing tanks? My main is atomic and I love tanking. I use the main 3 tank artifacts (dillustel, manacles, and mystic symbol) and was thinking about using that instead of one of the main 3 since every tank basically uses them.

Joey Valdemar the strat would only proc on proton remedy, which isn’t even widely used by atomic tanks. The strat can work for tanks but it’s unnecessary

I’m water. Using for healer : Orb (160) + Eye (140) + Scrap (160). Prec Dps (great toward SC): scrap 160 + Eye 140 + Venom 160. Will I gain more by switching one artefact to Startegist for heal? For Prec DPS I should switch to the combo: Strategist + transformation + Venom? It’s the Nth Bonus now, is it worth it to switch one or more? Great guide by the way.

get your eye to 160 for sure, other than that your artifact combinations currently are fine for water healing, if you care about your DPS more than you could switch scrap for strategist as it wouldn't hurt the healing all that much but would increase your prec dps.

transformation-strategist-page of destiny or you can also run orb of arion. It's mostly playstyle based if you prefer the large burst heals go with orb or if you prefer an extra safety net heal that automatic go with page

I am a water healer and i low-key regret swapping my Eye of gemini for the strategist Card. It seems so useless at lvl 80 I'm hoping it'll be a lot better at 120 since I use riptide healing i figured it would give great additional healing throughout the alert/raid rather than only when i use SC but it doesn't feel like it's doing anything from my normal healing. The only reason I chose it over Page of Destiny was because it gave better stats Resto and Dom compared to only getting 2% resto at 120 with page

Chaosstorm5273 water is tricky, if your EoG is 160-200 it’s better to use that and scrap for the FoP spam but if your EoG is not then it’s not worth it and it’s a more typical artifact set up

@@ObsidianChill it hasn't affected me at all removing EoG but I kinda liked having it for that Hot/burst compared to the Strat card that feels like it does nothing. I use flood of power SC that gives me 4X solstice of the Sea (plus unlimited power to spam emergency or group heal if necessary) which is always more than enough to raid heal In tough spots, I was actually using this reasoning when deciding to use Strat card, 4x the chance to proc it but the chance seems extremely low and unreliable. Is the page of Destiny emergency heal any good? I don't want it if it only heals like 1-2k I didn't pick that one because i wasn't sure how much it healed but it sounds really nice.

a must have? no, I would still put waters best combo at orb-EoG-scrap myself, if you did want to level a new art the demon fang doesn't do anything for you besides the base resto stats. Manacles can still be helpful over orb just depends on your playstyle and preference

I have not leveled up the page healer artifact yet, but my league mate claims that at level 80 it only puts revivify on one target. They said they tested it and their argument is that in the beginning of the description it says "player" and not "players." By their logic, it would not hit 3 players until you get to the 200 level bonus when it heals 2 more players. Any light you can shed on this for clarification? Thanks.

Even at rank 80 it works the same as a normal group heal so it will hit yourself and 3 other players with the stacks, at rank 200 it because yourself and 5 other players.

@@marianosantiniello2213 Group Transducer is much better for the shield than Invigorate for it's healing. Invigorate's safety net doesn't stack with Bio-capacitor AFAIK. If you are looking to change artifacts, you might want to consider how you are affecting your resto stats. Soul Cloak gives no bonuses to your resto and EoG gives a 4% bonus. Replacing EoG with Transformation Card only gives you a 3% boost you might have to think of it that way which is more beneficial. Page gives you the best overall Resto increase so there are a lot of variables along with possibly changing your playstyle.

Trans card is a must for all dps powersets, depending on what your power is you can drop scrap but if you are a powerset with a good SC like Rage/Earth/Electric etc you still want scrap for the supercharges. Tetra is technically a controller artifact now so you can rely on them buffing you, unless you really want to take it yourself.

I'm a nature dps/healer and i've sacrificed my Scrap for the Trans Card and don't regret it one bit. As wolf transformation only uses 2500 SC, and nature regenerates this back so quickly, I seriously don't need the Soul Cloak. For healing I have levelled up the Destiny artifact to 160, and wow what a difference. I may have spent a shed load of money, but this time it was worth it. One thing I need advice on is that I am being told by other players to sacrifice my lvl 200 EOG for the Strategist Card, as i am told it will really show in my damage. When you did this testing you really don't recommend for might based dps, which i understand was hard to test when the stats don't show up, but since testing have you had any update from other players who have gone this route and are using in a live environment?

Spec depends on the group, taking max prec and barely any vit will lead the POT ticks to be much lower so will entirely depend on how much power the group uses and you’ll have to spec for that, either more vit or fine keeping prec

I think that's the point. Powers that don't have good SC like Atomic can gain damage elsewhere.

Prec ice op af even if u got maxed arts and max might..a good ice prec will get you every time. Weapon hits too hard. And snow devil is all we use for dots which dont mess with the crits. Plus dota from grim and robot..OP lol

If everyone had the same patience and mind set to do this kind of testing, (I don't) then Obsidian and others who do the testing might not have very many (or very little) videos to put out. Personally, I'm glad there are tubers like Chill who do these videos. It's a great service to very, very many. I don't always follow everything he says but I do use his testing and advice as a start point then personal preference takes over.

Chris Runyon I also am not going to spend $150 just to test an artifact on live that may or may not be apart of the meta considering how many dps want supercharge which would require EoG and scrap always. Test server there was no opportunities for raids
