I logged in with multiple toons, and only had the claim pop-up on one. I didn't manually check the menu, though, so notification could have been bugged for me. *EDIT* I just checked, and it is just for one character per account, although technically you could spread the one set out to a few. You probably meant that anyway, just the way you worded it was weird. I mean it makes sense, because people with many alts could stack them and use on just a couple of mains (if they wanted for multiple roles etc).

im only gonna post this once in the hopes devs read it: i came back to this game 12 days ago after 9 years and was very thrilled to see the state of the game on the surface. i spoiled myself and spent $1000 in the marketplace no problem because "you get what you pay for" and was prepared to pay premium prices for a premium online gaming experience; i saw it as "pay-to-catch-up." But now today this is literally "pay-to-win" and I'm offended and somewhat regretful for even coming back, and i suspect so many people have left for similar reasons, which is compounding making logging in less appealing overall. sony, don't let corporate greed choke out this great game and turn people off more than they have already. we are already investing time which is a more valuable resource than money and people aren't gonna spend money if they aren't spending time.

The games fun when you’re coming back to play catch up. Im an endgame player and I haven’t spent nearly as much as I would on this game in well over a year. Haven’t subbed since August 2023. The only thing I really buy are replay badges. I haven’t logged in since last Tuesday. The clear milking they’re doing for players money is clear and I’m afraid they’re trying g to milk every dime they can just to shut it down. None of the profits made from DC are going back into DC. They straight up said any extra revenue made after paying the games bills are funneled to other projects.

I think this change is acceptable if they added each different mod once a week free on the NON MEMBER daily login reward. That would make the pay to win aspect less pay to win and more of a grind you can "skip" for the more sweaty groups. I super like the helm mod basically bringing back EOG. @@BadFriend145 Nah, I doubt Marvel will bring one out, especially after the disaster that was Avengers. The studio maintaining DCUO were supposed to be working on building a brand new Marvel MMO, but that got scrapped because they didn't it would be financially viable. The MMO trend has died off a bit these days anyway. Marvel (and most games studios) are more interested in mobile games and live service games now because that's where the money is. It is a shame though. Like you said, DCUO used to be a great game. Now it truly feels like it's on life support, and we're being milked for cash before it dies.

Isn't the old max damage better? 2% damage all of the time is significantly better than 15% damage 1/24th of the time. Same basic problem with the neck mod. 4% precision almost all of the time is significantly better than 30% precision 1/15th of the time. Same with the shield reset. Accelerated Flux gives me a predictable 10% cooldown reduction on every Flux. That might actually be more useful than a 25% chance of a second Flux once every 30 seconds, especially as a second Flux would simply overwrite itself.
