DD15 engine cylinder head removed damage intake valve losing compression engine problems

What may have caused that problem?

I have to 2017 Freightliner Cascadia dd15 the problem is losing coolant I didn't see any leak outside and mechanics checkit with pressure test no leak at all, i add 1 gallon per day, what is the problem ? he say it may be cylinder head is that true i need ur advice pls thank u
