I really, really, really don't see how this is a 13. Those 16th gallops/bursts at 225, the jumpspam that whittles away your stamina, then that long ass spin run at the end...

The 16th gallops and bursts only happen in one part of the song, and the jump section is just 4th notes. The spin can even be double stepped pretty easily. It feels like a hard 13 for sure with the occasional 16ths and the gimmicks here and there, but there are still a good number of 13s that are harder than this. It's not quite a 14.

Okay: 0:38 : 225 BPM 16th gallops, which, while spaced out more, are comparable to Prey DSP’s, Elemental Creation DSP’s, Tohoku Evolved DSP or even Xepher CSP’s. 0:54 A lengthy series of jumps that’s just a little slower than Possession DSP’s, with a length comparable to the end of the song, in patterns that are as tricky to hit as 8000000 ESP’s gallops sometimes. 1:46 And let’s throw a little bit of Chaos ESP in there too, why not? Top that off with more doublesteps and spins in one stream than you’ll experience playing Healing Vision Angelic Mix without a single crossover and you have, in my mind, a 14 on the same level as somewhere between New Generation and Avenger.
