Over a decade overdue to crossover to DDR, and now it finally happened. A Bemani classic by Nekomata Master, and easily the best song from that GP controller pack. Surprised it even got a 13 ESP; I was expecting 10-11 ESP for it, but the 13 turned out pretty good! Man do I wish I had the GP controller...

Perhaps Course Trial or Extra Savior will make that crossover happen.

Honestly, don’t mind not being able to play this for… goodness knows how long. Really should’ve been Fallen Leaves and/or Scars of Fauna…

Well they had to choose an iconic pop'n song to represent pop'n of those exclusive controller pack songs, so they most likely settled with this one because it's a song that should've been in DDR ages ago (yep, DDR was the only major Bemani game that didn't have Sayonara Heaven for well over a decade). Fallen Leaves and Scars of Fauna could still be added to DDR in other ways in the future like Course Trial or Extra Savior.

@@DDRMudkipz That’s a Pop’n song…! Literally didn’t even realize that. … Guess I must eat my words about Hoshi no tsukurikata being the most lacking recent crossover then…

@@darkaura9559 Yeah, Sayonara Heaven is from pop'n music 11 CS. You probably didn't think it was a pop'n song at first b/c the BGA that plays in the background is its unique BGA from IIDX. But it's worth noting the shadowed silhouette on the song jacket is the silhouette of its pop'n character, Yima, so that's that's where the pop'n connection to the song is.
