Ignoring all the what comments, i see this more of a representation of two jets engaging in a dog fight. The glowsticks are the jets and while it seems chaotic, it also has some odd harmony in it, if i can call it like that/ It represents, in a way, the chaotic dog fights in Ace Combat 7 and the PSM maneuvers some of the jets can pull.
