sir my total confusion is clear. thank you very much sir. but i have a confusion. you are saying according to De-Brogli equation and with the help of Einstine it can be said that every thing has a particle nature and a wave nature. but why it is said that everything such as you and i or anything has the dual nature? they are not revolving but why they have the both nature? That is not clear to me . please say me sir.

I already studied photons is not particle as the stated by Einstein because photons is wave ...and Compton proved it by its own experiment shorter wavelength behave as particle.

It means that a Bohr orbit has a positive integral number of waves. For first orbit, there is 1 wave, so n=1. For 2nd orbit, there are 2 waves, so n=2. Thus n is both orbit number as well as the number of waves.

Continuing... 2 pi R = n lambda. As you know 2 pi R is circumference of an orbit. So 2 pi R = n lambda means that circumference contains positive integral number of waves. Question is - why not non-integral number of waves? This is because if circumference is equal to non-integral number of waves, then two waves will overlap will each other and they will, at least, partially cancel each other. So, the orbit will not be stable.
