My goal is to gain weight, improve my physical appearance, and boost my self-confidence. However, physical health is just one part of my transformation. I also want to tackle my mental health. I plan to dedicate time to mindfulness and meditation to help quiet my overthinking. Journaling will also be part of my daily routine, allowing me to reflect on my progress and release negative emotions. Although social anxiety still holds me back, I’ll take small steps, like making eye contact or starting a brief conversation, to slowly rebuild my confidence in social situations. This journey won’t be easy, and I know I’ll face setbacks. But I’m tired of letting my past define me. I’m ready to take control of my life, face my fears, and become the best version of myself. One step at a time, I’ll work towards a healthier, happier, and more confident in future.
