De Campo is a single stick and double stick duelling system only. There are many other FMA systems you could look towards for knife and empty hand. You can find information on the system here: decampo123.org

Haha sure.... Jose Caballero was famous because his juego todo matches at town fiestas were well documented. Of course, there may have been fights outside of these public "sporting" events, but his success in these public competitions isn't just hyperbole and nor is it fiction. Does that make his system unbeatable? Of course not. Individual success is also a matter of attributes, tactical deployment of the techniques, and in this case, the rule sets under which one is fighting. The juego todo style of competition in the 1920s - 1950s was the context in which the system itself was brought into being. What I would add if I was making this video today, is that De Campo 1-2-3 Original is obviously a duelling system designed for fighting without protective equipment, especially none on the hands. The techniques are not really designed for heavily armoured competition, where other FMA styles have created their niche. I'll leave alone the self-defence context, because there are so many variables at play that any comment would be too contextual to be meaningful. BTW, the list of opponents he fought, and that have been verified, are here: decampo123.org/lineage/
