"De Kleine Rekenmeester" means the little accountant. It is an educational toy produced by J.B. Wolters in the early 1950s.

Also I didn’t know that about the printing of Djakarta from 1950-55. That narrows the date down nicely.

@@stephenfreeborn On the atlases Djakarta was only printed during those years, and it is reasonable to assume the same holds for all Wolters's material. Other than that I found very little else that you hadn't already. It was nice to show the atlases - these were ones that we've had sitting on the shelf since forever.
