One of my favorite De La songs. I saw them live in Gainesville around 1997. Someone requested I Can't Call It. I was so happy. Pos asked Mase. Do you have this? Mase said something like Of course I have it. Pos struggled to remember the lyrics. It was a great show. The crowd sucked though. Maseo was walking through the crowd and spun a sweet DJ set before the show an no one acknowledged him. It's like they didn't recognize him, so the crowd showed no love. I think he mentioned the crowd was mean mugging. Unfortunately that was my current impression of hip hop in my area.
