Duterte must pay for the 7 years of incarceration..He must pay for that...Seven years without phone, no liberty, no visitations of friends...DUTERTE should be surrendered to the ICC..And pay Delima for the 7 years..

If the butiki is against the decision of the court to dismiss the case of De Lima then the more he is prone for the disbarment. This means he is above and beyond the court decisions.
