De Panne East Level Crossing

Monday May 20 2024 at 13.04. The 10.51 Antwerpen-Centraal to De Panne(13.08) train. That is certainly the train that made the journey on the day I wrote this. The line has become twin track so an extra red and white V has been added to the warning lights. This is instead of the 'Another train coming if lights continue to flash' signs we have. A flemish speaker used his best English but probably didn't know the word "filming". Just at that moment the crossing activated so I pressed the camera button and moved off. Unfortunately, distracted by him, I'd forgotten that the camera was already on so that switched it off.

There used to be a similar sign in the UK at one point, at multi-track crossings without barriers.

It wasn't that similar - they were a different shape and design, but I get what you're saying.
