Olá, sou nova por aqui, assisti alguns vídeos seus agora, e vim aqui te deixar boas energias. Eu tb passei por um problema super parecido com o seu, e eu tb moro aqui na Suíça. Confesso que se tivesse sido possível eu teria corrido para me tratar no Brasil também,mas não foi. Você fez muito bem em tomar essa decisão de ir pra casa. Eu terminei em uma mesa de cirurgia, com direito a ambulância urgência e todo mais. Melhoras. Se cuida. Parabéns pelos conteúdos.

Gute Besserung ! Maybe one day you will become an excellent cook or nutritional expert because of all of this and you will look back and it all will make sense. Who knows .... It's often like that ... I personally have #gluten intolerance i think and it sucks, but on the other hand i found out that eating alot of chicken and legumes makes me feel much more fit and good, so i found out that i probably ate way to little protein / amino acids ! ...

So, sure is inconvenient if you cannot eat eggu. I eat eggu all the time, because it's very practical - it contains everything to built a complete chicken - flesh, bones, 'hair' (feathers), so everything is in perfect proportion. However, if i may give gou a tip: if you eat legumes ( beans, peas, lentils, soy, etc ) plus a little rice, you get the complete set of all amino acids too ! plus potassium mineral. also : everything can be made to taste excellent with #herbs and spices - it's a universe in and of itself and i love experimenting / #cooking with fresh #spices and i heavily recommend !!!

I'm discovering new things. And creating new recipes and realizing that it's possible to eat healthy and delicious. I'll soon adapt.

Also herbs are typically cheap. India shipps shittons of spices into the whole world, they flood the world with spices, and they are pretty good experts with that stuff 😊

Sim. A minha alimentação na suíça me deixou doente. As coisas que somos acostumados a comer no Brasil não me fazem mal. Já na suíça eles consomem muito mais produtos que fazem mal pra mim. Mas graças a isso eu descobri coisas que eu não sabia. Então a males que vem para o bem. Obrigado.

With an EU passport you can way more easily get a job in Switzerland. However : #Swiss companies are obligated to first look for applicants IN Switzerland ! Only if they cannot find a person that fits the job IN Switzerland they are allowed to accept EU personell. OR: If you go fully selfemployed, you can readily enter if you have an EU passport. But you are 100% selfresponsible for your life, which is not easy ... How so often in life, especially the latter point, it's very much dependent on your mindset, whether you will make it ot not. mind > matter :D Hope that helps, Sir 😊

#Basel is the most easy (but also has the highest taxes), because it is bordering to Germany and France, as Fernando said correctly. So naturally there is a very multifacetted culture, where everybody can connect to something, because ppl are naturally very open. It's a good starting/entry point i would say, maybe the best in #Switzerland
