I like that he never leaned into the excuse of the penalty. Clear penalty and journalists/pundits trying to create a narrative

You can see what he wants from his team but so obvious that a lot of the players are not good enough technically to carry it out, the players sold in the summer and the injuries have not helped at all

I love this manager. I thought he was blowing smoke up our arse before the match but I see now this is how he feels. He and Lamptey are a credit to BHA. GL in the future against anyone but us.

League position and 'injuries' has covered a lot of the frailties a lot of our players have had this season. Time to reset, invest in players and a manager change if it comes to it. No shame being int the top 10 in the worlds best league.

Big up to De Zerbi, owning up to the penalty when all the so called ‘pundits’ are crying foul. This is how a manager should be, just one more reason to love this man as a manager.

Most profitable club in 2023/24 but the loss of Trossard, Mac Allister and Caicedo was not replaced with enough players of similar quality. Now with injured Mitoma and Marche - and the new players added, it will take time for the Seagulls to find their form up front and in midfield. They need better strikers.

They still have an outside shot at getting into Europa League or Europa Conference League but would have to really pick it up a notch and start winning all their games from here on out. . . and the way they have been playing has been rather lifeless in the 2nd half of the season. Used to really enjoy watching them play but they lost their spark and have to find their way back to that place of inspiration. . .Good thing they had a strong start because could coast and not have to worry about being relegated at this point. TBH . . .at this point, I find Luton Town games more interesting / intriguing to watch (with the energy and spark they're bringing to the games) or what's going on at the top of the table with the three way battle for top spot.

Disappointing, the 0-3 result is not a fair reflection of the game. As per usual the 'build up' game is almost faultless, the final third 'scoring zone' game remains a huge problem.

Brighton this season is very slow in moving from defense to attack. The team does not find solutions against teams that defend heavily. The team does not benefit from corners or crosses. The teams do not have players who shoot the ball from outside the penalty area... I think it is best to Brighton is looking for a coach. The last English Premier League team knew how to stop Brighton's threat... Coach De Zerbi has become like an open book. Everyone knows the plan

With a full squad we'd have stood a chance. Arsenal played well.
@ehhla32 ай бұрын
@@TheSeafordianBrighton lacks solutions...last season the presence of McAllister had some solutions, such as shooting from outside the penalty area and smart passes...the current midfielders do not have any solutions, just passing right and left.

@ehhla32 ай бұрын
@@TheSeafordian It is a common problem among the Brighton administration, which wants profit at the expense of victory. When De Zerbi asked for four players, they did not respond and brought a child from Argentina...and the problem of De Zerbi is that he wants to play in preparation from the back, even though his team’s midfield is weak and he does not have the defensive strength or offensive solutions. He also wants to continue preparing against a team that is defensively compact... I want to ask you a question: how many goals did Brighton score this season from corner kicks, and how many goals did Brighton score when they made a mistake outside the penalty area... This is one of the biggest weaknesses of the teams coached by De Zerbi. ...Teams are currently bringing in coaches who specialize in executing corner kicks...As for Louis Dunk standing at the second crossbar and sending it into the penalty area, all teams have memorized the method...I am tired of it.

It is quite a simple remedy. You grind out top clubs by playing Chamionship footbull. Hard Press. Yes you'll get a few yellow cards, but win or draw. Counter attack is key when players out. This is football, this is life. UTBHA!!!
