I don’t think phones capture the sound at the sphere. I’ve watched many videos and agree with you the sound isn’t there but all the reports from people in the audience has been overwhelmingly positive.

They’ve already got plenty of slow songs that are meant to be slow, why turn scarlet into a snoozer? Not only is it too slow, none of them are playing actual parts of the original song and they’re fumbling around each other because of it. Piano player sounds like he’s playing a different song entirely. This isn’t meant to be a hate comment, I love the dead and I get they never played the songs completely the same way twice, but they did stick to their parts a lot of the time and changed subtle things. Not to mention this is more of a tribute thing anyway. Also Bob’s voice is so wrong for Jerry songs, and Mickey sounds like he’s performing for a kids party singing Fire. At least John can actually sing but he tries to put a blue eyed soul on everything that is not fitting stylistically. That said he did a real nice solo on this.
