This is probably the best original Killer design dbd has ever had, for sure the scariest. I loved the narration as well, I hope Gabriel talks during gameplay at certain times, like with Renato and Thalita. The map looks awesome, I love the surrealist style to this chapter and hope to see it continue. I can’t wait to see the lore that comes with this, the lore is typically really good and a sci-fi aspect to it sounds amazing. With Nicolas Cage coming as well, I have a lot of hope for DBD’s future!

very hard to bring horror feeling into dead by daylight, thanks to survive with friends. they should make it like friday the 13th with limited communication and you can only hear survivors in the near but the killer can listen too, so you need to keep silence and need a walkie talkie for communication over longer distance with all the teenager panic modes it was perfect but with jason the killer was not really scary sadly, the devs need to team up to bring a true horror multiplayer experience.

I think I see a pattern here, at first the Skull Merchant seemed like she was orginally created because of some licensing issue with PREDATOR which is owned by Fox. (Arm blades, map in the woods,drones scanning for people ect.) I feel like this killer is going to represent an original spin of John Carpenter's The Thing. When that blob hits you, the singularity can pop out of anyone at anytime, and no one knows whos infected. Plus this killer is also a sci fi horror lovecraftian creature of sorts. Just like The Thing.

So idk if anyone feels this way too, but this map in the trailer looks eerily like an environment we'd see in something like, say, a Predator Chapter. Which it was also theorized to be based on the kit of the Skull Merchant. The Skull Merchant's weapon is very reminiscent of Predator's iconic blades. And the Skull Merchant's advanced tech could've been based on some of the tech that the Predators often use in the movies and games. I'm not 100% on it, but it would make sense to me. The killer alien we see in this chapter could be their attempt at making what they initially wanted to, but with minor adjustments here and there.

The Singularity looks like it has its design inspired by the OddWorld series! It looks like a mixture of Glukkons and Sligs! BTW, those games I grew up with, so it's a good thing that I get reminded of OddWorld, of course :) . I can't wait until both The Singularity and Gabriel Soma arrives to The Fog!!!

First killer with voicelines! I really like that. And the killer's Mori not only changes the victim's model, but it also has a gore effect. I love the direction taken here! Now, if there were a voodoo-inspired killer, I'm sure that would be interesting too.

Two things. 1. I find the fact that DbD has been "suffering" from leaks and the devs still don't know who the leak is is just lies to add mystery to the horror game. However, I am still going to enjoy playing this game. 2. We finally have a robot killer, even if it looks a little bit like a dredge knockoff.
