The ascending and descending of the violins perfectly convey panic and that is absolutely perfect. While the trumpet/trombone is showing the ferocity of what they are dealing with. They captured both panic and fear perfectly in this with very little.

Honestly the best dark fantasy music for the game. It even has the best chase music for a character like him without it sounding out of place in the game. I think this has enough ambiance to make him menacing and haunting and making him stand out as a fantasy villain too, sounds so so good and I take back what I said on it being just good. Overall, Michel has another W for the most part because the chase music is pretty damn good. With the first and second layers being extremely creepy and the actual chase layer being pretty good like I wouldn’t say it’s top tier but I’d say it’s a very solid A tier around the same level as like Chucky and Unknown. I really love the frantic flutes and violins along with the solider march esc drums which make it feel like an entire band of undead bards are marching behind Vecna playing a death march in order to cause even more panic for the survivors like I really like it. My biggest criticism is that it has a problem that Nurse’s chase theme has where the first two layers and the chase theme sync together perfectly but the third layer feels disconnected like its meant for a different song entirely. But on the bright side, the third layer is absolutely terrifying sounding with the screeching violins and frantic organ? (Idk what instrument it is) making it sound extremely stressful sounding in a very good way where it creates immediate panic that oh shit Vecna is here I have to run now. But like I said, it feels very disconnected from the rest of the layers so I’d suggest that Michel take the second layer and impose it under the third layer so it feels much more connected and fluent. But overall I’m definitely liking what I’ve heard so far. Also the menu theme slaps extremely as well but he always strikes gold with the menu themes so I don’t need to discuss it as much as the chase theme. In conclusion, common Michel F. April W for the most part besides the third layer needing improvement.
