The game is honestly a joke now; killers are OP af and the devs have enabled camping and tunneling way more than they ever helped solve it. Everyone but those responsible for balance. They decided to let survs make infinites and in exchange they let killers automatically destroy a pallet that won't need to be thrown until the 3rd or 4th loop around it because of the survs ability to block an important connecting window while being 3% faster do to a poorly designed perk. Such work. Such poorly designed horrible work. They'd fail in school, but here they get participation stars for getting their shit in a toilet.

I have a little theory could the next chapter be an Egyptian chapter as the mask that falls at the end and the image for the event has the Egyptian eye and motifs with feathers and the symbol at the top of the mask could be anubis god of death (i think hes the god of death) and the hand doesn't look like any survivor or killer we've ever had.

It’s Zarina’s mask, and the hands seem to be those of The Mad Designer, an insane artist that could see into different universes and originally hosted last year’s anniversary, as evidenced by the Tome lore released. The hand on the left isn’t Feng or Nea (note the red shirt and bracelet) and the other hand isn’t seen anywhere else, covered in eyes similar to how The Mad Designer sees into different worlds.

So is the aniversary on May or June? 6 year aniversary started in May, both the chapter and masquerade, but now this chapter got pushed to the june, and the masquerade a whole week after it - a whole month diffirence in dates. So, is it bhvr not knowing when their game was released or is it them pushing the update further because they weren't ready to release is in may? Considering their history with the code problems and poor balance work based on some sort of "data" rather than actual player experience - the answer is obvious...

BHVR didn't learn their lesson with the snowmen being able to take a free hit apparently. Those skills are gonna be way too strong for survivors being able to block a window from the killer. Any loop with a strong 1 window that extends chase if the killer goes around it like in shack is way too strong for survivors.

The killer also gets special abilities. Also to use the ability you sacrifice the mask you would have got at the end of the trial so you have to choose basically. They explained it in the live stream

There are multiple departments to a games company. Just because you can visually see what the design team are doing doesn't take away from what the development team do.

@@levisstories7733 the developing team looks at killer addons in an excel spreatsheet, look at whats underused and give it minor number buffs to the point where nemesis now has a brown addon that is better than a yellow, similar to how clown, albeit for a short time because they realized that this was dumb, had a yellow and a purple addon that had the exact same effect... the developers do not play killer and do not balance things from a killer perspective and they have done so for ever

I'm very glad the Jeff, Legion and Knight are getting masks, those are the characters I care about the most (Jeff and Knight are current favorites and Legion was my old main) but I really hope Knights is a full helmet and not just a mask or maybe even a mask *on top* of a helmet if they were on enough crack lol, but yeah all of the masks look *MUCH* better than the first set of masks, and those were good too but these have more personality, are cooler and just generally look better than the basic infinity symbol shaped masks from the first, like look at knight, singularity, jeff, and ya know, basically all the others here they are just a lot more unique looking and I very much cant wait to play the game for just these cosmetics and then stop again for around 6 months
