I think she is the greatest singer alive today and I cannot think of anyone from the past who I would consider better her version of Largo is better than that of Caruso (in my opinion)

I come back to these videos frequently. Of the countless videos I have watched on KZbin, these 3 videos are among my most favorite. Best DCD period IMHO

for me 85 /90 . The second album songs were better imo. The Bremen gig from 1986 is brilliant . I saw them a number of times in that period and for me that was the band's best period album and live wise .

@@keithbate9405 thanks for pointing me to the Bremen show. I had not noticed that one before and I agree it is fantastic. In my opinion shows like that are what makes KZbin valuable. I'm sure to add that one in rotation frequently. I love all eras of DCD but definitely gravitate to the earlier stuff. Hopefully they make good on their US tour which has been cancelled 3 times now :(

@@frederickwatkins9686 You are welcome. Bremen and Bedford are my favourite DCD live you tube performances. I agree this is what you tube is for. DCD have announced further touring dates in the UK so I doubt they will cancel the US again. Although frankly their live performances are now more about keyboards and electronics . When I saw them in 1987 there were 10 people on stage all playing live instruments.

By the time of the Bremen concert 1986 ,you can see the huge leap forward the band had made in a short time. Still it took me back in time to see such an early gig by a truly great band.

Just had a "wow" moment. Suddenly realised over 30 years now since this gig took place. have loved DCD since 1983. One of the great bands of any era. Live still excellent but the recent albums are nowhere near as good as the period 1984-90.
