​@arthurgadelha9430 motion twin started dead cells development, then passed development to evile empire prior to release. Evil empire continued post release development of dead cells until motion twin decided they were done with it. Then halted the rest of development. As far as I know evil empire never owned or controlled dead cells in any way other than development.
