Dead Fall Tree: How Would You Cut This Down?

A dead fall tree, apparently blown down by high winds, probably during Hurricane Helene, is across one of my access roads. How would any experienced lumber jack or forestry expert go about cutting this down?

I'm not a lumberjack, but I think I would start at the very bottom and work my way up to shoulder height and then stop.
