This was a very cool stand alone story. We need more of these filler stories to bring conclusion to characters and the backstories of these people. I think TWD & FTWD universe has had a great run and they need to start wrapping things up. Let’s end this awesome universe with a bang.

I think they really are lacking imagination to make filler mini-series or sister series. There's so many aspect of the Walking Dead universe they could exploit but they don't. They just don't seem to have the juice flowing. They make a new series, starts the same, they don't know what zombies are, they die, etc. And then what? Even of Origin we had to suffer through like the first full season of "what are zombies and we learn to fight them". We seen that part. Many times. That's enough. How about some truly side stuff that could had to the universe? - How did the CRM came to thrive? - What happens in Europe? - Asia? Is is even worldwide? How do they react? - The millitary approach on a more global scale? - The future? How about a series MUCH MORE later? I mean, there are so many things they could do with Walking Dead its crazy. But we get basically nothing. We just drag along the same things over and over.

I think this type of miniseries was so cool. I didn't even realize that the main character in this series was on Fear the Walking Dead until the end of the series. I would love to see backstories of other interesting characters that we don't know as much about from both the Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead.

I liked it because it was in the beginning before everybody knew what to do. I recommend it if you are caught up to fear the walking dead. If you haven't caught to FTWD then i would not recommend it. 8.0 out of 10 rating for me

such a dissapointing show. First episode started off pretty well but once zombie was introduced they just speed run through how zombies overrunned the nuclear submarine. By the end of the episode Riley and crew dissembark... It's not even dead in the water, it's dead by the water. There's so much missed potential here it's painful to watch.

I missed so many season's since Madison allegedly died. I quit watching after that. Now that Madison is back ill jump back on it. ( besides watching clips anything related to the CRM) I watched 10 minutes of this but wasn't sure if worth it. Thanks for this fam. I guess TWD universe needs to depict the military as completely incompetent. Everything from “Cobalt” and how the FOB got overrun when shooting Zombies in the head was well known as the way to take them down to the highly trained sub crew getting overrun in a fully armed and supplied Nuclear Sub. AND they don’t have a fully trained MD… OR barber… Uniform standards just not a thing to some of the most disciplined members of the military??? I guess that has to be how it is in the shows because “realistically” the military is more than equipped to handle the Zombie Apocalypse than it lets on. IDK just kinda takes me out of it…. I mean the CRM seems to be doing pretty well and they’re basically all former US military right???

Were they in the Gulf of Mexico? And.... I just figured the submarine ended up on the beach because of how fast they came back up to the surface. It looked like to me that they came up nose first and the force shoved it onto the beach. (Just a theory) And.... If they were well below the water surface when everything happened above.........why did that guy turn? I was surprised that all happened below water. I thought their air supply was recycled through a filtering system. (Just wondering) Thank you Brian for doing such a great job!

i was disappointed with dead in the water, i wanted to know HOW TF the sub ended up seemingly well away from the sea, but that wasnt explained, but i checked back through alot of episode and it seems the sub is aground, stern facing away from the water... its also about 100-200m from the water, but theres no disturbance of the land around it.

I don't think it's worth making entire videos and discussions about whether it's worth watching it. If anyone has any interest at all and is considering watching it, just do it. All 6 webisodes have a total of 40 minutes runtime, so basically it's a single Walking Dead episode. You can find all of them together linked as a single episode. As for my opinion on it, I think it was neat. We get to learn more about Riley and his crew and we see some returning Fear characters. Even if you're just feeling bored, watch it.
