@@LykanPrototype purna is most likely dead considering that she had that “headache” on the boat and most likely turned. Sam was probably the one who killed her. Logan and xian I’m not sure of, they might be alive too

Probably because the government that was primarily involved with handling banoi was the Australian government so the US wouldn't have all the details plus i doubt either governments know about him carrying the infection
