I love Quiet Time. Glad you were able to get into this mall and document it. Looks like it would have been a beautiful mall back in its hay day. Love the 70s sculptures, simple but elegant. I wonder what the fountains would look like running. Wish the security guard would have given you more time to film it longer. Thanks again Dan for re-mastering these amazing videos.

Great vid, Dan. I live right down the street from here and I work at the new Amazon that's there now. The area looks pretty sweet now. Lot of new jobs that pay better. We ship about a million packages around Xmas. We run 24 hours. When that mall was hopping in the eighties it was something to see. Thousands in there shopping. The area around that mall is bad. Real bad. I live closer to Lake Erie. It's a little better there. We're working strong now on that exact same footprint. Basically in the same business. Euclid has the highest city income tax in the county, so they're doing better also. Love the vid. Hope this helps. Go Browns!

The irony of you working at the company that single handedly killed this mall.

@@SergeantExtreme Pretty sure people work at Amazon out of desperation not choice lmao

@@icarus2k I'm not making any claims as to whether or not working at Amazon is either "good" or "bad" in any sense of the terms. I'm merely point out the irony of being employed at the company that closed this mall.

when my local malls closed, I regret that I didn't go back at night to save the plants :(

I have this thing about dry, sad plants. I just have to water them. Another great video Dan👍👍👍

I remember going here. I was shocked at how far downhill it had gone from 2003. Didn't know the sad fate until seeing your vid. Thanks Dan ❤️❤️

Amazing! Thanks, Dan, for the remasters. I binged most of the DMS a few years ago before joining your Patreon. These remasters are a great chance to watch each episode again one-by-one. And in such great quality! Everbody who likes these vids, consider joining Dan‘s Patreon. I‘ve never regretted it!

So glad you added this mall on your series. I love this mall - gorgeous aesthetics and oozing with vintage character.

not the usual tour de force Dead Mall we all would have come to expect from the Dan Man. but seeing as though it is the site of an Amazon distribution Center, this effort at capturing what was still there after so many tenants had already gone, is special. how about the black-and-white tile treatment in that on beauty parlor? ..neato

This footage was well worth dusting off and uploading. Quiet time is therapeutic and it had a nice background drone.

@Dan Bell's DEAD MALL SERIES REMASTERED Yes, I believe if we had more Quiet Time in our lives, like your video demonstrates, then we would have calmer, peaceful lives. THUMBS UP DAN!!! I did not see this video when it first came out in 2019. Glad to see it now in all its remastered glory.

The entrances to this mall -- wow! Like something out of a dystopian sci-fi movie.

Given how much mold was in the mall, I now understand why they gave you a strict 30 minute time limit. Without a respirator, I wouldn't risk longer than that.

If you have young children today in 2022, steer them into becoming interested in the growing industry of getting products from warehouses and factories 🏭 delivered by drone 🛸 to the consumer's location. That's where the job growth will be. All of these dead mall videos are proof of this irreversible trend 😒 .

Awesome video man! I just got into filming abandoned locations myself! You'll have to check my channel out! Keep up the awesome work!
