Wow, this is incredible, exactly I thought it would be. While you cannot be completely sure until the end, there are hints that show this is Kira, him perving at the woman, him being scared of the dog (though it's probably just to show that animals can see ghosts), mentions that his job was about numbers (he was a salesman), he didn't wanna stand out, his hair and his body fat. And I love how the dude he killed is supposed to be a parallel to himself. The only thing I think was missing was Kira's theme when he revealed his name. But, hey, that's just me and I don't think it matters at all, I just think it would've been a neat detail. This is amazing from start to finish

That's incredibly on point! When Araki had originally released DMQ, it wasn't even advertised that the protagonist of the story was previous villain, Yoshikage Kira. You're correct, Araki went out of his way to sprinkle small hints of who exactly this 'Spirit' was prior to the reveal at the end! The song I had used for Kira's reveal was actually one of his, specifically when he's disguised as Kosaku Kawajiri, as I feel his design in DMQ more closely matches that version of him. It also sounds a little spookier, lol.
