That was amazing , never seen a storage locker that good in Aussie before . Your time is worth more than the $200 , if it was a shit unit might have cleaned it out .... That unit just kept giving . That Gurka Knife or Kukri as they are known by , has probably been used in battle , blood causes a chemical reaction on a blade when its not cleaned properly which shows as black pitting .

I’ve had lockers like this in Adelaide and heard of plenty similar in Aus. People just don’t film them here because Aussies don’t like sharing how to create wealth or get ahead 🧐😢

What's best to do? Do you obviously take what you want, donate other stuff to thrift shops & do you actually leave the rest & lose your $200?? I realise if you've made well over your money back, it doesn't really matter & saves you a lot of work, having to move it... But gosh, there's some awesome stuff in there.... A real bargain for you.... I bid & won a storage unit, made our money back & some extra, but it's storing the stuff until it sells thats the problem... Without a storage shed to put it all into, it can be a hassle in some ways... but I really enjoyed our experience & plan on doing again... but don't want to get lumbered with a Unit of someone's 'leftover' pickings.... Any ideas on how to work out if it is a genuine Unit or a 'leftovers' Unit... We can only do small Units, as we don't have the space to store too much bigger stuff for longer periods... Think the bigger Units scare me with all the mattresses/beds etc Think it's well worth losing the cleaning fee, just to leave all that kinda stuff behind... or is it?? Any hints/tips from your experience so far in your endeavours??

Left over units are re sold. Without watching the auctions daily you’ll never know. They don’t advertise that’s a ‘re-auctioned’ unit.

Take it all from storage facility and take to market or auction, let other people open and do the digging then decide price when they discover it or then say actually no sorry that’s not for sale. That way someone else is doing the digging for you hahaha but I can still name ur price on sales
