It's also for the Series S. I strongly recommend downloading either the European or Japanese versions of Dead or Alive 3 from Xbox Live since they feature better gameplay, more content, and more attacks for characters. To download them, purchase Dead or Alive 3 on Xbox Live first for $14.99 if you hadn't, then change the region in the Xbox settings to either United Kingdom or Japan, and then restart the console before downloading.
