I live in the UK and the only 2 UK rappers I will listen to are Mic and dabbla can't stand all the rest copying lyrics using the N word demeaning women and men who follow the straight path in life and go on about weapons and violence or both but Mic and dabbla don't rap that way Mic raps the truth from his heart and dabbla is just a lyrical genius when writing and recording his songs again he doesn't use weapons violence misogynistic degrading lyrics he just has a laugh and raps his lyrics and creates addictive tracks but Mic got me through 2 sections and keeps me from relapsing into my self harm behaviours with his tracks especially with pathways and how he raps about losing himself in the dark void of his own mental health and realising that he can't give up and end it whether he truly felt like that or maybe even actually attempted suicide and phoned for help while he still could he proved to himself that he is mentally powerful and inspires me to try and take his stand point and try my best to get mentally powerful too and fight my hardest to get to the goals I want to achieve in life including getting my head right that I can get some access to my daughter and eventually get more and more access to not just my daughter but my family too my sister's my nephew's my brother and my brother who passed away years ago can watch the effort and hard work Im going to be doing to make sure I don't let him down ever again I'm just kinda glad my daughter is still young and hopefully won't remember the entirety of my multiple mental breakdowns suicide attempts cries for help and I can tell her the full and honest truth when she is old enough to understand but I can never escape my scars from years of self harming but I've learnt to look past them thanks to Mic and his heavy hitting tracks. Keep up the good work Mic and I hope you are in a better place for yourself now and have the motivation to wake up every morning and get out of bed and enjoy life to the max you've motivated me to ask for help to get to where I want to be and I can't thank you enough for that. Blessed man
