Baxter is the best lyricist once you've decoded his verse. At first listen you'll think Dabbla is better until you realise the sheer level of difficulty of Baxters schemes - he's on a level by himself. Easy example is to rap along with him and the first thing you realise is how hard it is just due to the low-key tongue twisters he spits without you even noticing. The mans a twisted genius.
