Dead Rising 2 Fast 72,500 PP Boosting Every 5 Minutes

TEAMHEADKICK shows you how to max your levels fast, while doing a simple set of things right from the beginning of the game.
Here are the steps:
1. Restart the story and skip all the cutscenes
2. Leave the safe house and head towards ye olde toy box
3. When you arrive at ye olde toy box Pick up the Beach ball, Bag of marbles, and the Stick pony
4. Head to Roys Mart and kill the looters then recruit Denyce
5. Head back towards the safe house but make a stop at Astonishing Illusions, pick up Robot Teddy Bear
6. Return to the safe house, drop off Denyce, then Give all the toys you collected to Katey
Doing this entire process nets you 72,500 PP and it only takes about 5-7 Minutes. This is the fastest way to farm PP in the game. Enjoy!

It didn't completely suck. The gameplay/weapons/vehicles were fun and the map was pretty good but they messed up frank's character and took away too many things that made DR stand apart from every other zombie game. The removal of open world co-op, psychopaths, drink mixing and the toning down of difficulty makes it easily the worst in the series but it still wasn't a bad game. It was a good game but it just wasn't a very good dead rising game. People were dissapointed and understandably so but to say that it completely sucked is a rather hyperbolic statement. The game was actually pretty fun regardless and at the end of the day that's what gaming is all about. Fun.

If you’re a legend you’re here in 2022… On some real stuff you’re a legend as long as you’re still playing this game. It’s a classic and people complain about it for being too easy… Honestly in my opinion it’s only easy if you’re the max level but if you’re a low level with barely any weapons it’s gonna be very difficult going up against the psychos in story mode. In DR two off the record it’s a lot more ez.. Given that you don’t have a time limit and your cash transfers from sandbox to story mode… Anyways I’m going on a rant but my point still stands

Thanks for this. I also added something to your run, i take the hammer next to combo room and use it in The Man's Sport on the circus like game that need to be hammered as hard as possible, hold attack button to do a ground smash and earn a 5,000 PP bonus. You can then use the hammer to finish off the 3 thieves quickly near the Zombrex.

This is an alright tip if you didn't know about the gifts, but honestly survivors later in the game will get you 40,000-60,000 PP. It's better to pick up and hold onto the Playboy Magazine that you can find up in the Silver Strip by the water slide. You get a 10% PP boost for female survivors/interactions (Such as retrieving Luz's Golf Club). Also, broom+machete and spitball gun+tiki torch give nice bonuses.

@kgavaghan1 You can do that for the Achievement, but for the sake of time and quick boosting, it takes too long to do that as well. This run is for speed, 6 Minutes = 72,500 PP. Doing the Tiger Adds about 6 More minutes, and then its 12-15 Minutes for 87,000 PP. Time wise its not the best idea. :)

Best combo weapon for PP is when you combine a pitch fork and shotgun. You get 2,500pp for every heavy attack you do with it.

you can do it better... go to the dice table and roll a 7 , that will give you 10000 pp, if you return to the shelter and roll dice again, you will recive 10000 pp again ... just roll the dice until got 7 , you can roll just one too and left the other with any number... so you make the toys + hammer + saved woman + dice ;)

That's because he has restarted the story. You can do that if you fail a case, Katey dies, or you die. You keep all your xp and combo cards, but the game resets itself.

Once you've unlocked it in the story - I think after giving Katie the first Zombrex - it will be unlocked after you save+restart story for every playthru with that savefile.

Theres 5 dynamite located in the Royal Flush Plaza. Jump on top of the red phone box, (I think it's next to the "PLAYERS" shop located on the second floor), run along the ledge, then turn arounnd and jump onto the roofs, you should see a balloon with a toy rabbit and three dynamite on it. The other two dynamite are sitting on top of the palm tree located outside the "Childrens Castle" shop, you need to be on the second floor to jump on the palm tree.

actually using your gambling way of making money with magazines (which i did and made 11 million dollars) i just bought the suv and run over a shitload of zombies. It's a lot more fun but it takes a while so... oh, and from the suv which you told me how to get in your other video, i leveled up to lvl 50 and got 11 million dollars plus full knight armor i'm in the high scores for i think around the 10,000s.
