I really like the addition of the new books that the game gives to players starting a new game. Adds more replayability to an amazing remaster.

@@SeriousDragonify I'll admit that the VA when it comes to certain characters and that there are quite some noticeable bugs, but the game isn't as "heavily censored" as you believe it to be.

@@SeriousDragonifysaid censor doesnt even affect much, it may make cliffs backstory less obvious and Kent less of a perv, but there are still things like Cheryl's mission and zombies eating franks junk, but the game feels like deadrising, and the new voice actors aren't that bad except for Brad and Barnaby, I've 100% the game already and it feels like the deadrising I've known

this is probably the most awesome addition to the remaster. we have COMBO WEAPONS in dead rising 1. like the gameplay loop is positively affected cuz u will memorize recipes and carry around stuff until u find where u can combine it

The big advantage to all the gun recipes is getting them out of the blender gives full ammo so you could keep any guns you have once there nearly depleted and then blend them to make a new more powerful gun with full ammo.

Ah yes this was inspired by DR2 Weapon Combination but instead of a Maintenance room it's a blender nice!

If only went a little further with the weapon mixing. Like two 2x4's making a bench, or idk, a pistol and Mailbox Post for a Shotgun. Also, if only the cooking book works on mixed weapons too like increased ammo/durability.

This book could be fun on infinite mode, but it would be too op. I wonder if capcom remakes dead rising 2 next theyll make a book like this but for combo weapons

Kinda wish the recipe for the small chainsaw would been chainsaw + cleaver/meat cleaver as a little reference to dead rising 3

9:56 they nerfed it so badly that it takes 3 hits to kill Carlito? One of the weakest bosses in the game! Why?

I think they wanted it to only be for zombies. This version is still easier than the OG, especially if you remember the Machete was just as good usage-wise.

@@JakeJakers that’s what I don’t get the game is far easier then the original by a country mile yet nerf the small chainsaw while adding a book that adds infinite durability.
