it's the upgraded model intended for special forces use which carver is/was. the one in dead space 1 was for marines. hence why we didn't find any on tidemen station in deadspace 2

Well, the idea was nice, but you don't really show the helmets! He turns around so quikly after the helmet appeared and then you immediately switch to the next suit that you get no real impression of the outfit at all... 🤔

The Legionary suit, Arctic Survival Suit, and Tundra Recon look the best on Carver.

I once literally did the Brusilov mission fully solo. When i arrived my partner just left and i didnt get a "Your coop partner has left the game message" so i could enter the ship. The Hacking part was almost impossible but with luck i could hack it fast enough. And in the Marker Room cutscene he was invisible and he had no dialouge. Oh yeah and i had to do it on impossible with no meds. And i was almost able to do the Marker containment solo as well but there was a "coop" door after the Elavator.

you technically don't have to wear the arctic survival suit, you just have to change suits, so you could put your old one back on.

I wish that the suits would each have a unique power-up of special function to them. It would just add a lot more strategy to the game. E.g. one of the suits would reduce physical damage, one would make you move faster, one would make your fly faster in space... Just small things that add a bit of variation to the game.

Honestly, aside from the blue hud on his RIG, Carver's suits are MUCH more awesome than Issac's purely for the fact that almost all of them consist of my two favorite colors Red & black

i would have loved to see the advanced suit make a return in this game. It was in the trailers, and my favorite suit of Ds2. it should be a reward if you have the whole series on your computer, Xbox or Ps3, then you get the advanced suit.

it seems like all the suits were just mixed up and re-painted. The EVA suit looks the the Deep Dig suit, The arcti survival suit is the Archeaologist suit, and Etc.

Huh. I don't like the fact that Issac and Carver turn so fast once the helmet starts to form up, we don't even get a good look at the helmet. Shame really, loses the badass moment once it finishes forming up imo, after all the suits have some of the coolest designs.
