Dead Space Martyr is essntially a backstory about how Unitology started and the discovery of the black marker

I like the beginning where they give you a fake out of the game's POV. The familiar over-the-shoulder and suddenly you turn to look at the other guy finding out it's actually a first-person camera.

"You could be starting with Dead Space 3" like I did up to the launch of Dead Space Remake where I played DS3, DS2, DSE for the first time in that order then replayed the og Dead Space for the first time in *years*. Granted, I played DS3 entirely in co op cause a buddy of mine was like "you wanna suffer through this shit with me?" and I was like "hell yeah". And that got me interested enough to play through the entire series in backwards order.

Just a heads up if you do more Mandalore videos: • If you FOR SOME REASON do end up watching his “Anonymous Agony”, beware it does delve into some pretty heavy topics like “child stuff” and “abuse”. • If you ever get the chance, try to watch his videos with “English” subtitles on. No not “English Auto-Generated”, actual “English” subtitles. Mandalore writes some pretty funny things in them from time to time. • If you really want to check out how interesting his brain is for games, I would maybe recommend his Alien Isolation review. If you want a “wtf funny” video, try “Cabela’s” and “Mystery of the Druids”.

I've said this on every reaction to Madalor's review but Dead Space Extraction is an incredibly strong title. The game thrives on the "House of the Dead" style on rails gameplay. And story wise it does a great job fleshing out the lore pre Dead Space 1 as well as giving you a much needed look at what the colony looked like. With the continued progress of VR we are on the cusp of an on Rails Shooter renaissance.
@karkashan5 ай бұрын
It was really weird playing the Dead Space Remake when it came out and realizing the modern 2023 Dead Space had far less microtransactions than the OG Dead Space. But yeah Extraction was legit. Lots of fun and an enjoyable experience throughout. Darkside Chronicles, on the other hand, felt kinda bullshit.

Deadspace reeks of internal sabotage from upper management. At this point after the tragedy that was DS3, they want to kill this franchise as hard as possible, likely for ESG points, but they are trying to make it look normal.
