What I like is when you’re done tearing through Necromorphs and you look at the suit, the eye lenses glow red because it’s covered in blood and the dark red smears on the usually pristine white armor.

While the original soldier rig was also loosely skull-based, this one does go a step further. Admittedly a bit too far in some places. Mostly because the OG Dead Space was before the Iron Man Syndrome really took off.

The way the suit moves, the number of layers a suit has, and how some components tuck away and fold are attributes that only really became popular after MCU Iron Man. Take the DS2 suits for example and how they incorporated the helmet folding into the body of the suit.

@@zmss8537 I think the original Military suit fell in line better with the original RIGs, but depending on how you feel about whether a Military suit should be in line with a heavy duty Mining suit will change if you think that is a good thing or not. I don't find either original or remake Military suit to be all that good, especially compared to the normal RIGs used by Isaac in the first game.

My ONLY gripe about the Advanced Soldier Suit in the Remake is that it doesn't have the 3 Red Slashes/Marks on the right side of the Helmet like the OG Soldier Suit in Dead Space 2008. Other than that however, they knocked this Suit out of the park.
