Awesome video, Thank you! Those looked like high quality hot dogs. Next time try pouring some step2 over the browned hot dogs and cover with foil and simmer. A square of foil in your cooking kit has lots of uses and folds small and light.

very good video's bro... i'm from Canada and big hiker here but i don't usually hike during the winters . i noticed we both wear the same type of boots , pretty cool lol. i've worn my boots for the past 2 years now and i have no complains about it, they got me through tough times lol. but i prefer wearing thin nylon dress socks with mine, less sweat and 100% comfortable than regular socks .

Hey Bobbie! Thank you! I’d say these boots are nice for work and short adventures. But I don’t like them for hiking, no shoe laces makes the foot all dangly 😅
@hikerbobbie37302 жыл бұрын
@@DanielSparrowAdventures the no shoe laces isn't a problem with me but i also have hiking shoes on the side too, but if you want comfort for sure while camping or hiking , check out the thin nylon dress socks with the boots.

You said 5 hot dogs is too many, but how many did you eat?
@DanielSparrowAdventures2 жыл бұрын
To be precise, I got to about 4.3/5 hotdogs. 4 would have been just right

There was 7 of us kids and only a had to have his ho dog boiled the rest of us would tell our mom to burn them for us the darker the better (once aunt was over and she was mad because I burned the hot dogs and she said I had to eat the whole pan of them but all of kids didn't mind so us 6 and her 3 ate them along with my mom and dad mom told her that wasn't punishment it was just the way we all liked them, the one brother of course had his boiled hahaha)
@DanielSparrowAdventures2 жыл бұрын
hahaha, funny story! my mother would boil them first and give them a quick fry in the pan. It was delicious but I think I like mine just boiled. While I am out camping I don't mind if they are burned :)
