was thinking about that back glass. you could get a little more curve out of the bottom with a little more structure. could bend a small piece of sheet metal on the bottom leading edge. panel adhesive it to the backside and then paint it. you wouldnt really see it. could also use some sticky back foam to take some of the rattle out of the lexan too. just ideas.
