Practice on scrap pieces of metal because you need to adjust the sittings on the welder those weld have no penetration and will eventually break under a lot of pressure at the track.

That welder will do DC tig that will let you do steel but for aluminum you need an inveter welder that can do AC tig, I had found this out after getting the welder for aluminum went to get gas and the guy at the welding shop inform me, I had to get an Eastwood AC/DC welder or a spool gun is another option

Inaccurate. Anti roll bars are used in drag racing to prevent body roll. Adjustments are made to help "steer" the vehicle in a straight line. Just Google G Body Shuffle and you'll understand. FYI: A sway bar is used for road racing and cornering.
