"As A Buttlerfly" No, I just refuse to believe my eyes In front of me something I can't recognize You stood beside me all my life The heart machines are ticking I can hear the life support pumping The line between life and death doesn't become any clearer than this Cover with an oxygen mask These words will be his last With the energy he's got left He turns to me and say I can not stand by you Till the end of the world like I said I would do No, I wont be able to help you carry the weight Of the world my time has come Silent as a butterfly I'll be flying beside you watching above you Silent as a butterfly All of a sudden I've lost my strength Isn't it scary how things can change It made an instant just like that Whenever I have questions You always have the answers You told me about life and the importance of being yourself What you are, you value honesty How not to lose grip of reality With both your feet on the ground I can not stand by you Till the end of the world like I said I would do No, I wont be able to help you carry the weight Of the world my time has come Silent as a butterfly I'll be flying beside you watching above you Silent as a butterfly. You weren't supposed to see me like this and I'm sorry I would say It's not true but I will see you soon Far away... I can not stand by you Till the end of the world like I said I would do No, I wont be able to help you carry the weight Of the world my time has come Silent as a butterfly I'll be flying beside you watching above you Silent as a butterfly.

Hello, as a European and Mediterranean champion in karate, i have to add and admit that you are absolutely right. in martial arts generally using your core (kime) and try to yell at the right moment when the strike is on the spot, then the hit empowers itself by 10-15 % it takes time to learn but dead by April do it like its nothing :D !!! thanks in advance (this is science it is not from my mind )

The chorus is what I think my daughter wanted to say to me when I held her til she went cold and left me here alone in this shitty world. Every now and then a monarch Butterfly will land on me and I get the goosebumps all over and feel like she's next to me and look over and a cardinal flies into a tree in backyard and sings away. She lets me know she is still here with me and helping me get thru the days. I miss you Ember Lou. Save me a spot in your mansion sweet pea. Daddy will always love you.

I love how Zandro and Stoffe's lyrics represent two different POVs here. Zandro's lyrics represent somebody who's on death's door, reassuring Stoffe that even though he'll be gone, he'll always be there for him even in spirit. "As A Butterfly". Stoffe represents the anguish of somebody near and dear to Zandro, dealing with all the emotions that come from losing somebody. Underrated lyricism from DBA! Sending love from the UK ❤

So, i lost my brother on August 28th, 2022. On our way to his burial, my dad said a monarch butterfly followed him into his vehicle and sat on his shoulder. Then, when we got to my brothers burial site, the butterfly followed my dad to my brothers casket and then flew away. My dad ended up getting a monarch butterfly tattoo'ed ln his hand. A few weeks ago, my best friend showed me this song with absolutely no knowledge of the situation that happened to my dad. I cried, and i cried so hard....i felt like it was a sign, so I told my best friend the story, and she was in awe. So this upcoming Saturday, i will be getting a butterfly tattoo'ed on me as well.

One of my all-time DBA favs! Miss Zandro's vocals which were perfect for the bands sound, but Pontus is nearly as good.

If my grandmother saw I walk in the winter without a hat, it would have said to me, "grandson, why do you go in the winter without a hat?" and then would give the hot chocolate)))

I discovered them 4 years ago and until that day I always come back to them.. They are everything! Their lyrics actually have some point! I was in my rock bottom when I found them and they did bring me up there! Love this bend!! ❤️ Forever

DBA are just phenomenal. Of all the band's I have listened to in my life these guys just rock it. Never has a band combined power and energy with such beautiful melodies. Such a tragedy such talent doesn't get more air time and credit. As that other well known Swedish band sang' thank you for the music'.. loving it!!!!
