I’m 60 yrs old, recently lost about 100 lbs and have committed to getting 10,000 steps a day to get fit! One day I only had like 6000 steps at 11pm so I decided to dance instead going for a walk! This song came up and I became one with the music and left my body! When it ended I replayed it 2 more times and got more than 10,000 steps!!! I now dance to it every day!

I never understood the reason for climbing a mountain when a helicopter will get you to the top much faster. If it won't, you really don't need to go that high.
