Deadheading Knockout Roses and Salvia- To make them tidy and promote more blooms

I know deadheading knockout roses isn't necessary because they are self cleaning, but I prefer to prune them after their first flush to tidy them up and to encourage more blooms. I also don't love to see all the dead roses on the stems. I also discovered a lot of pests that came out quickly with our heat wave. Will be dealing with those in my next video.
